BACK ON TRACK FOR BEECHDEAN AT SNETTERTON
Snetterton in Norfolk is the latest venue for Rounds 7 & 8 of the Avon Tyres British GT Championship and Beechdean Motorsport are prepared for the challenge in hand.
After electing not to take part in the second race at Rockingham, the team are optimistic that this weekend (7th & 8th June) they can push for points and podium finishes as Snetterton’s mix of long straights and super-fast corners should suit the Aston Martin N24.
The first race meeting at Snetterton was arranged in 1951 by the Aston Martin Owner's Club. The track had been cobbled together from a network of runways, which formed the wartime base of the 96th US Air Force Bomber Group.
The team are currently lying 7th in the Championship with 4 events to go.
